The Lion Series, modeled after the strength and independence of a lion guiding its pride, is an intermediate series of full-body yoga flows that crafts each student into an agile yet powerful force. During this intermediate-level series, students can continue to build mobility, coordination, balance, and strength, with the ability to carry and control their own weight.
