DR. BRIAN SANDERS, MD

Brian P. Sanders, MD is Board Certified in Family Medicine.  He graduated from Wake Forest School of Medicine in 2013 and subsequently, Oregon Health and Science University Family Medicine Residency in 2017.

Brian offers many services in his office. For instance, Dr. Sanders is an expert in preventative care, chronic disease management, and office-based procedures for patients and families of all ages.

As a result of his medical training, Brian has incorporated many values into his practice of medicine. Above all, Dr. Sanders values continuity of care, transparency of pricing, evidence-based medicine, shared decision making, and lowering of medical costs.

Sam Kridl, PT, DPT, OCS

Sam received his B.S. in Physiology from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2010 where he was first exposed to sports rehabilitation as a member of the men’s volleyball program. He then moved to Georgia for Emory University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program where he graduated in 2013 with Highest Honors and continued on to complete the Emory University Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program in 2014.

Sam is a board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), member of the Physical Therapy Association of Georgia (PTAG), American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), including the Sports and Orthopaedic sections, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT).  Sam is also a certified Functional Dry Needling Practitioner (TDN).

Sam’s clinical interests include post-operative rehab, spinal pathologies, and sports performance training. His treatment approach is based on manual therapy, meaningful exercise prescription, and empowering patients to stay pain-free.

Dr. Jessica Duncan Propes

Dr. Jessica was first introduced to chiropractic in 2012 after dealing with a chronic back injury following an active lifestyle and heavy involvement in sports and fitness. Having already tried numerous medical interventions, Dr. Jessica began regularly visiting a chiropractor in attempt to avoid surgery at a young age. "Chiropractic care completely turned my life around and gave me a new outlook on my health. I have always been passionate about health and fitness, and chiropractic healthcare fit seamlessly into my lifestyle." Dr. Jessica had such a profound experience with chiropractic care that she made the decision to go back to school and entered the Life University Doctor of Chiropractic program in 2013. In her spare time Dr. Jessica is an avid competitive martial artist, and is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in which she holds several titles. She is also a CrossFit athlete, and has started training in Olympic Weightlifting.

Encompassing over a decade of experience in personal training and group coaching, Zac harnesses his passion for fitness by guiding you to become the healthiest possible version of yourself, balanced in each area. He will encourage you and celebrate with you as you ascend past each milestone of your personal goals and mapped success.

Zac is recognized for taking individuals from novice to advanced technical mastery in a variety of arenas including: yoga, Olympic lifting and strength training, basic calisthenics to advanced gymnastics, track and field, running and sprinting techniques, suspension training, rope skipping techniques, body sculpting, and kettle bell techniques. Although pursuing lofty goals of personal performance, Zac will always address any past or present injuries, guaranteeing a safe and secure experience.

Hey there! My name is Anna and I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with a Master's Degree in Nutrition. I work as a clinical dietitian but have a personal passion for nutrition in practice in my own life. 

I discovered the tremendous impact of nutrition when I was struggling with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) in college. I was suffering from debilitating pain and received no answers from other medical professionals. After spending hours every day researching my own nutrition for a cure, I decided to study nutrition as a career path. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and went on to pursue my Master's in Nutrition along with my internship to become a Registered Dietitian.  

It was during that same time period that I discovered my love for fitness and healed my mental health greatly. I learned that nutrition, exercise and mental health all compliment one another to form the best version of me, and I want to help you discover the best version of you!
