Encompassing over a decade of experience in personal training and group coaching, Zac harnesses his passion for fitness by guiding you to become the healthiest possible version of yourself, balanced in each area. He will encourage you and celebrate with you as you ascend past each milestone of your personal goals and mapped success.
Zac is recognized for taking individuals from novice to advanced technical mastery in a variety of arenas including: yoga, Olympic lifting and strength training, basic calisthenics to advanced gymnastics, track and field, running and sprinting techniques, suspension training, rope skipping techniques, body sculpting, and kettle bell techniques. Although pursuing lofty goals of personal performance, Zac will always address any past or present injuries, guaranteeing a safe and secure experience.
