BUILDING YOUR BEST LIFE

At first, the idea of a “healthy lifestyle” seems less important than some of the other areas of physical health. However, your lifestyle ends up defining how you live your entire life and can dramatically affect other areas of your physical health and its outcomes.

Trying to carve the life you want, to analyze the style of living you want, and to become the vessel of your choosing to take you through the journey of your life is something to be taken extremely seriously. It’s important to occasionally analyze where you are in regards to your schedule, your habits, and the environment you place yourself in each day.

Though a lifestyle is always a work in progress, there are certain key seasons for rebuilding. We each live a rhythm—a recurring cycle of activities, meals and environments. How do we make sure these routines build up to allow us to be the best and healthiest versions of ourselves?

YOUR SCHEDULE

What is your daily and weekly routine?

Would you consider it to be balanced?

Who has control over this?

Is it tearing you down, or building you up?

Is it taking you where you want to go?

your environment

How are you being shaped by your surroundings?

Who is in your social circle?

What is the terrain your body must navigate every day—physically, socially, at work and at home?

Do you have any opportunity to shape it?

your habits

What habits would you like to sow
and grow?

What habits have got to go?

How often do you feel stressed?

How can you create healthy automatic responses to common stressors?
