I have made the internal decision and commitment to confront my health and become the best version of myself. I have analyzed my motives for this change, I have rooted myself in these motives for strength, and I am ready to begin on my path.



GET SCREENED INSIDE AND OUT

I have had my core medical health evaluated by my primary care physician and I am following my individual plan of care to maintain or improve my vital numbers.

I have had my physical alignment, posture and movement patterns evaluated by my physical therapist or trainer and I am following my individual plan of care to improve any areas of weakness in each category.
